DHL Customer Letter Regarding Changes of India Customs Regulation

自2014年4月起，印度海关政策发生一些变化，为了保证您的快件准时送达，请您注意以下印度海关政策要求：
There were changes of India customs regulation which was effective from April 2014. In order to ensureyour
shipment could be delivered on time, please refer to the India customs requirement as below:
所有发往印度的包裹快件（非文件）清关时需提供以下单证：
Following Documents are Mandatory for clearance of WPX (Non –Document) Shipments imported into India:

收件人护照复印件（或选民证或者永久账户号码PAN）
授权DHL代理清关的委托书；
For Individual consignees - Consignee’s Passport Copy / Voter ID / PAN (Permanent Account Number) &
Authorization Letter (POA)客户

收件人公司进出口资格证书（IEC）
了解客户声明（KYC – Know Your Customer Document）
授权DHL代理清关的委托书
For Companies- Company’s IEC (Import & Export Certificate), KYC(Know Your Customer) Documents &
Authorization Letter (POA)
作为发件人(印度到付除外)，请您尽快通知您的印度收件人及时到专用网址 www.dhlindia-kyc.com 上传POA和
KYC记录，同时请您务必在运单收件人联系方式一栏填写收件人Email地址或者手机号码。
Shippers （except for IMP service to India）should inform their consignees to upload POA & KYCdocuments in
www.dhlindia-kyc.com, and it is mandatory to mention consignee’s Email ID or Cellphone Number on the AWB in the
field ‘Phone / Fax or Email’.

Failure to adhere to this will mean on-holding clearance process in India and lead to delivery delay.
